Never ever upload content that you don't own. That includes television shows, commercials, music videos, movies, photos and files. Unless you own it or have written and signed permission from copyrighted owner, don't post it.
Never ever upload pornography. It's not that kind of site.
Never ever post videos that will basically make others puke their guts out. What videos might that be? Videos of freak accidents, dead bodies, partially dead bodies, people hurting others... stuff like that. Plus, the purpose of this site is to laugh and make others laugh.
Never ever flame other users. We believe in a community that supports each other. Professors, parents, and gfs/bfs already harass us enough in our everyday lives, we don't need grief from the Internet as well. Feel free to comment and critique, but in a constructive way.
Never ever post content that obviously discloses information of yourself (ie. address, full name and bank information), your classmates, or your family. You never know who is watching! Posting videos that can easily tell a visitor where you reside or even close to where you live can be dangerous. If you DO NOT want to take this chance, we understand; consider marking it private so that only your classmates and those you share it with can view it.
Never ever let a comment go unnoticed! Some people can be pretty nasty and childish with their comments. You can choose whether you would like other users to comment on your video and/or photo or not. If you don't like it, just delete it. It's that simple. We are not here to promote childish behavior, just fun! You can choose to disable commenting for videos and for photos.
Never ever let an inappropriate video go unnoticed! If you see a video that doesn't follow our Terms of Use or it displays hate, violence or nudity, flag it as inappropriate immediately. Stupid videos are okay. An abundance of videos are being posted daily and we need your help! If you feel that the content of the video is inappropriate, let us know.
Never ever dis-respect these rules. Violations of the Terms of Use may result in warning notifications, termination of your account and deletion of all your content. It's our decision and we do not take this lightly. We need to protect ourselves.
